Mexico continues to make efforts to locate where the lost island of Barmeja might be, but where it is or if it ever really existed at all remain a mystery. Bermeja is certainly not the only island to have gone missing without a trace. Indeed this is a phenomena that has perplexed seagoing explorers for centuries.
Hmm, I have no idea what might be wrong! I gave another save (with no additional files) to someone in this thread, and it worked just fine:Maybe it got messed up because you already had a.004 save?
Try one of the downloads I provided in the other thread, and see if those work. They're earlier in the game, but I'd like to know if this is a problem with that individual file or the entire method.Edit: btw, I don't think your config should have anything to do with it, that's supposed to be in another file entirely. But then again, I'm not exactly an expert. I'll try to look into it a bit more in a few hours. Ok, so I looked up what monkey1.bin in the save folder is supposed to do, and apparently it manages save slots. From what I gather, if you did not have a.004 savegame (a save in the 3rd available slot), the file I shared won't show up because monkey1.bin was not adjusted.I think this should help:1. Move my savegame.004 from your save folder for the time being2.
Play game for a few secs, make a new save in the 3rd slot after the autosave slot (this should create a new savegame.004 in your folder)3. Copy back the one I uploaded, and overwrite the one you just createdIf this still doesn't work, I guess I can share my monkey1.bin with you too?

Contents.Development Officially developed by Slovak Mayhem Studios, the game's development was actually centered in Bohemia Interactive in the Czech Republic, which is where aspects like the dubbing was completed. The dubbing was done by Jiri Labus, who had previously lent his voice to the previous Slovak adventure game The original intention of the title, according to Bonusweb.cz, was to make a serious adventure around the theme of pirates, unlike previous games like the comical. According to Absolute Games, the intention of the debut game from Mayhem Studios was a classic title in the style of The Secret of Monkey Island meets. While ARI Data was supposed to be the publisher in the German language area, as a result of its bankruptcy, Gamepad acquired the distribution license.
Plot and gameplay Tim and Diana are on a quest to return to their own time period and location. The title is a Czech/Slovakian 3rd POV point-and-click adventure game with English dialogues and subtitles (despite having a German title). Visually, it is reminiscent of the classic adventure games from the first half of the 1990s. The game is in a 256-color palette. The 2D game features handpainted backgrounds. Adventure Archiv enjoyed the game's narrative twists and turns. Critical reception Bonusweb.cz thought that while the game had some favourable features, it fell short of promising Czech adventures like. Four Fat Chicks favoured the game's low-key characters to the obnoxious style seen in games like.
Quandary thought the game was amusing with some delightful animations. Mr Bill's Adventure Land praised the impressive realistic movement in the game. References.
